The 2014 Primetime Emmy Awards,, hosted this year by Seth Meyers, was a fabulous event celebrating the best shows on the small screen! I am so happy to see more and more scripted shows with many of our favorite movie stars in great roles. It’s no wonder that for their final year, Breaking Bad took home 6 Emmys!
The Red Carpet this year also brought a dazzling array of gorgeous fashion with lipstick red being the night’s favorite color for Octavia Spencer, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, January Jones, Mindy Kaling, Minnie Driver, Gabourey Sidibe and a few more. There were a few jewel-tone colored gowns worn by Kate Walsh, Keke Palmer, Viola Davis and Teyonah Parris. I love the silver shimmer from Hayden Panettiere and Gwen Stefani’s gowns. And my favorite fit goes to Camilla Alves, who wore a white lace gown and Halle Berry’s grecian inspired dress.
