Summer time fashion is bright and cheery, so it’s the perfect time to play with all the cool candy-colored eyeshadows that normally, we would be afraid to try.
The trick to wearing a bright eyeshadow, is in keeping the rest of your makeup minimal. A matte or dewey look for the face is a perfect canvas for a bright eye. Go for 1 strong color or blend 2 or 3 strong colors, for a bolder effect. Be sure to add eyeliner to frame the eye.
