10 Things about Montana Tucker
You’re originally from Florida. When did you eventually get into the entertainment industry and how did you get you start?
I have actually been in the entertainment industry since I was about 8 years old! I started off modeling after many people begged my mom to let me get into the industry. I have always loved performing and I’m so happy that I get to do what I love, every single day!
What were some motivating factors that led you into a career in music and singing?
I always looked up to artists like JLO, Britney Spears, & Beyonce ever since I was little and knew that I wanted to be like them, when I grew up.
Which artists that came before you, had a positive impact on your life and the direction that you wanted your career to head into?
Definitely JLO and Beyonce. They are both such strong and powerful women. They are not only incredible artists but are both entrepreneurs and amazing mothers. I truly admire them in so many ways!
If you had an opportunity to work with any artists, who would be on your top 5 list and why?
Well, of course JLO! I have been fortunate enough to work with her on a dance video but it would be amazing to work with her on a song or a movie. It also would be really cool to do a song with Jason Derulo. We’ve known each other for a few years now and have collaborated on a few videos for social media. He actually posted a TikTok using my song “Hola”, so it would cool to collaborate on a song!
You’re currently signed to Mr. 305 Records, headed by Pitbull. Take us through the moment you signed the deal and what the conversation was like, being the only female artist on the label.
Signing to Mr.305 Records has truly been incredible! I have always been a fan of Pitbull and to be able to have him on my team is amazing! Him and his partner Robert Fernandez truly have the same vision for me of who I am, as an artist. And, I am so happy to finally get my music out there! I actually opened up for Pitbull when I was young, so it’s so cool that everything came full circle!
Congrats on the success of your single, “Hola” which garnered over 1Million streams. Tell us about the song and all the work that went behind the success of what it now has.
Thank you so much! I released Hola as my first single under Mr.305 during the pandemic, so it was a really interesting time! Hola got over 50,000 videos make it on TikTok which was awesome but unfortunately, because of the pandemic we weren’t able to film a music video for it. That’s why I’m even more excited to release Sunday Funday!
Your upcoming music video for “Sunday Funday” just released last month. What is the message behind the song and what do you hope the audience gets from it!
When people hear “Sunday Funday”, I want them to instantly leave all of their worries and stresses behind and just relax and have a good time, as you usually do on a Sunday. Now, more than ever, we need to make sure we take that time to disconnect and spend time with yourself, your family, and your loved ones.
You’ve been nominated by iHeart Radio as “Social Star” of the year. You’re also a huge advocate for inclusion and acceptance. That’s pretty amazing! What does it all mean to you personally?
Thank you so much! Since I was a little girl, I have always had so many different types of groups of friends. I have never seen religion, race, color, etc. but have always treated everyone equally. I’m a big advocate on everyone being treated equally no matter who you are. I am truly honored that I have people that look up to me and that I’ve made a difference in their lives. That means the world.
When it comes to fashion, which designers are your favorites and fit your personal sense of style?
I would say, I am usually always wearing Pretty Little Thing when filming my videos but my favorite high end designer is Louis Vuitton.

Thank you! It truly is my favorite project that I’ve worked on to date and means the world to me, so I hope you all love it! I have a lot of new music coming out very soon and will continue to release more, especially in 2021!
